Located on Short E Street in the heart of Thomaston, we've built our menu around two things we genuinely believe in — exceptional coffee, sourced and roasted with integrity, and shaved ice that transforms the simplest ingredients into something memorable.
Our syrups are made in-house using real fruit reductions. Our ice is shaved to a precise, snow-like consistency that melts slowly and carries flavor the way nothing else can. And our space — warm, understated, and unmistakably ours — is designed to feel like a place you want to return to.
